Q: There are some defects on my item. How do I return it?

Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall bear the return shipping cost. To facilitate the exchange, we might require you to take a photo of the item, provide order number and other necessary details.
